Either select your design shape in the order form, or our design team will help you choose the shape that is best for your unique design. We can accommodate your logo and craft it in beautiful 14K Yellow or White Gold or 18K Yellow Gold.

Once you place your order, simply email an image of your logo to our Design Team, and they will create an artful rendering, which will be sent to you for approval prior to production. If you are unable to email your logo, please contact our customer service representatives for our fax number or mailing address.

A 10% discount is available on identical orders of five or more, and a 20% discount is available on identical orders of 20 or more.
